What You’ll Need to Transfer your Out-of-State Driver License to Mississippi

  • A completed, signed Driver’s License Application Form (Form DL-41)
  • Your out-of-state driver’s license
  • Social Security Card
  • 2 Proofs of Residency
  • Certified Birth Certificate (No photocopies Accepted)

What You’ll Do to Transfer your Out-of-State Driver License to Mississippi
